Well ... considering I am choosing all that I expierence, then I guess I am teaching myself..... but always learning from everyone else at the same time.... we all learn from each other but I have been into mystical things for a long time.... oh and a lost weekend in a hotel in Amsterdam many moons ago ... that can be considered a Spiritual teacher for sure ... still havent fully recovered !

Hey Lovely Pan. Thank you for your messges. Last night I had a big panic attack and nearly called an ambulance. I spoke to a Dr this morning and she said it sounded like one. She wants to see me for a check tomorrow tho'. I'm going to stay with friends tonight and then go to my Mum's tomorrow for the Xmas period and back probably on Sunday. She doesn't have internet, so I won't be around for a while other than in Heart. Even tho' we have only known eachother a short time, I feel I can call you Brother and say that I love you greatly. Thank you once again. It's hard to go thru this when so many are feeling happy. I truly want my Joy back and I have no doubt it will return when I have travailed this Dark Night. Although my Heart feels heavy and veiled, I KNOW it lives in Light and Love. I hug you and wish you (and everyone here) Peaceful and Loving holidays. With Love Brother. S

Thanks again Pan. It's so hard to feel the Spirit within when one is going thru so much inner turmoil, most of which I don't even know why. Most of it seems so trivial and yet I guess even the trivial needs to be heard and released. It's not easy doing our best to get thru this 3D challenge with a newly awakening mind when surrounded by people who only see and feel in 3D. I sometimes wonder if they're right and I'm just going nuts, but someone once said to me not long after my awakening (12 yrs ago) that I'm going to think I'm going nuts but I'm not and I have to be brave. It's strange that 12 yrs later I now understand what she meant. This place between worlds is a difficult place for me, but I guess it's neccassary when traveling from one dimension to the next. I once knew so much and now I feel like I know nothing............. I was also told by the same stranger that I was to take the family Home (whatever that means), but how can one be helpful when one feels so lost and broken. I felt so found when my awakening happened. Too many questions. I think too much, Virgo!!! I wish I had a beach to sit by. I live in Bristol, UK and it's snowing, so it's pretty at least! Thank God for you and the others here. I know we are eachother's rocks and I know, somewhere deep inside, that this is all an illusion. I know that the closer we get to the Light, the more the 'Dark' kicks up and I know that Peace is just a thought away. The veil is so thin and I guess it's only tiredness and battle fatigue that makes it seem thick and heavy. So, here's to benches in the park and quiet tears my sweet friend. Dearest Pan. Thank you so much for your kindest of words and thoughts. This Dark Night is painful beyond words, but it seems to be leading towards Christ. I've never been religious, but my Awakening in '99 was beautiful beyond words too and opened me to the Cosmic Christ. I could only really think about ET's and my Home planet tho' for 12 years until this Darkness and anxiety came tearing over me at the beginning of this year and in this past month in particular I have found myself going into the Cathedral and another local church. I don't go for services but just to sit and think about Christ and ask for His help and just talk to Him. It's very strange for me. I'm not becoming a born again, I just seem to be walking towards Him. I still hold ET's in my Heart etc, but I'm finding I'm thinking of Earth more now too. I still don't feel I know where Home is or what my name is and I've never felt so alone and bereft of Spirit, but your hand in mine is most welcome. I don't know how long this will continue and I pray that the Light returns to me now as I don't know how much longer I can take this. Having said that, we must endure what we must endure. I bow my head in gratitude to you. Only Love. S
