i believe there are as many paths to "god" as there are people to take them. the journies are very different, but the ultimate destination is the same. for myself, i belive that we are connected to the entire universe and that finding the answers depends upon how well we listen to the "voice within." there is so much more, but that is a good start.

i would like to think that everything is my teacher - from the rock, to people, to spirits, to animals and to the things we can only imagine.

So you are a fall person you ;) I love the fall to but I am more of an spring person. Love the scents and colors of the fall though.
Oh I am just fine. Trying to figure out what to do after the work though. I think I am going to try and find some time to be for myself this night. Love to spend some time with myself and just be and be quiet. Quiet time is important to me. My guide even tells me sometimes that "words are gold, do not spend to much of them". So tonight is my quiet night full of comtemplation and rest. I have done my work for today. I will look at some episodes of supernatural and then spend some time in my "witch room" which is full of scents of sage, spirits and good healing energies.. Even my friends love that room.

I called the joey "Alfie" . He use to go out at night for a feed and wander .( We had 25 acres then). In winter time he had this red turtleneck sweater on and he use to scratch at the door to be let back in. He would then go straight to the fan heater and stand infront of it , eyes closed, little ears back until he was warm again. We had him for several years until one night he didn't come home. We found his remains. Just his bottom legs. I guessed a fox got him.
This is the problem with this beautiful planet. The animal kingdom (includes us humans) have to take another life to live. Sometimes eaten alive. How could this be, by a just creator????
Why has it to be like this...so much suffering so the other may live.

I love Asheville! What part were you from? I've visited many times with my Dad & Sister just running around enjoying nature while taking in the clean energy. Not to mention all the great food & shopping! I really love how so many different ideas flourish along with so many different kinds of people. The sense of community I see makes me long for home or to be some place with that level of functionality.
Having been born & raised in Tampa FL. I find Atlanta to be quite boring in my opinion since the only free thing to do is go to Piedmont Park. The backwards bible belt thinking is also a pain not to mention the racism which even I've fallen victim to in regards to Hip Hop & all that goes with it. The other challenge is the amount of division & segregation. The entire social structure is broken up into clicks while every group has sectioned themselves off into separate parts of the city. LOL!
It's quite a mess down here, but that's why the energy pattern I'm holding is keeping me here for the most part. It also makes any personal strides in growth towards further awakening that much more valuable for me. It's not all bad especially from a Spiritual standpoint, but leave it too me to make an agreement with The Powers That Be in such a way as to make my work a real tough cookie! Hahaha
