About Yourself
I am a retired dentist. I have a passion for knowledge. I used to have my own observatory with a 14'Celestron telescope. I have seen all the wonders possible with my small telescope.A very humbling experience. I was left with more questions.
Your Teachers and/or Spiritual Sources of Inspiration
My spiritual path started when I was about 7. So many questions...I use to reach out for the stars even then and asked them to take me home. Trained in TM and the Siddhis program. Deepak in my early days.. I have a group of "entities" or" higher self" called the Guardians of Light who have encouraged me to write down their wisdom, when I needed them.

you are right, it does seem like life can be cruel sometimes. the indians here used to have a couple of traditions that at least honored the lives they took in order to survive. when they had to kill something, they would say a prayer over the body and thank the animal for sacraficing its life so that the family could live. they honored the life and the energy they took. some of the southwestern indians would carve fetishes of different animals and keep them safe. they believed the fetishes would intervene on the indians' behalf. so, for example, if someone had a bear fetish, they would ask it to speak with the bears of the area and see if one would willingly sacrifice itself so that the other bears and indians could live, and then they would go hunting. i believe those practices are where "saying a blessing" before we eat came from.
but, apparently, alfie came into your life to bring you light and joy, but it was also his plan to feed a family of foxes. as difficult as it was, he needed you to honor his life mission. i had a similar experience with a little raccoon. however, we never found her remains. it was very difficult, but i did find a small measure of comfort knowing that all things happen for a reason.
do you have any pictures of alfie?
awww. you're absolutely right. are you going to keep him because of his tail? can they survive in the wild without it? well, now that you have confessed, you will have to find a picture of him too.
right now, i have my parrot at work with me. i'm not supposed to, so he needs to be quiet, but several co-workers saw me bring him in and all came to see him. now he's "wound up to beat 60" and meowing like his cat and squawking excitedly. i'm gonna get caught for sure. - oh well, the way i look at it, it's easier to get forgiveness than permission.
hope you have a great day (or night, as the case may be).
well, you must know that now you have to post the picture. i love the animals of the night. a pair of owls gave me my "nighteyes" name.
yep, i've seen some information on both phenomena. there is also a picture of the same thing at chitzanitza (i don't know how to spell it) in mexico. i saw something the other day on a newly discovered city. it was apparently quite advanced and it is over 12,000 years old - 4 thousand years older than civilizations of the "fertile crescent" we're talking about finding an advanced civilization that could have been a contemporary of atlantis or lemuria. i'll look for the link for you.....................
