    Something like that happened to me. When I was told That i was all the protection I needed I started to leave the house again, I think I know the feeling. Don't be scared reach out to us it takes a little time to unlearn any negative self talk. Ayanna disearnment and your heart, I ask myself how the information feels in my heart to dis-earn. :)

    Try not to be tricked into fear based action. You are perfect as you are. Love and unity, You are loved unconditionaly by the heavens. Not even the Angel's would judge. Why don't you call to the Angels if you become scared, just ask. Your all the protection you need strong one.

    Hi Ayanna don't be to hard on your self, I had to have help and we had to talk about my childhood and the abuse's that started when I was 3 a lot. I had to go to some places I thought where over and done with.to remember how to really forgive me, and love me.
