That you are doing are Yagasanas (Bodily postures). This makes the body healthy, resistant against diseases, increases life span, steady posture, etc. This is one part of the eight components of Yoga (refer Yoga Sutras). This is good but this is not the all. What about the seven main components of Yoga?
