That's really a good insight about the Planck's constant. Perhaps h is the constant for the breathe of Life itself, rooting up from the quantum/etherical realms of existence, breathing into physicality and manifesting as a quantum booster.
I noticed that there are a lot of extra terrestial languages that had some 'breathe' intonations/consonants in their languages. Perhaps that's the way they interact with prana while communicating, putting 'imply'cation or energy into their communication. Much like the OM sound in buddhist & sanskrit ॐ cultures.
