Recently found out about my star self - I am part Arcturian, part Pleidian and mostly Sirian. Came to earth for the first time on Atlantis as a scientist. My channeling guide, O'rah and I worked together as one. I am working to merge together to help the people for the coming shift. I am working on projects that will help us get free of the cabal and have a smooth transition from 3rd to 5th.

"Yes salmon is good to just like you mentioned. Wild caught of course. Right now I try and get my food from Trader Joes which has tons and tons of healthy foods. Plenty of keto products to get there."

Just wanted to tell you that last weekend I had 4 days of a workshop Awakening the Illuminated Heart from Drunvalo Melchizedek, it was magnificent, we had healing sessions with sound and touch...we gazed in eachothers eyes and touched our hearchakra's we got totally in uncondiotional LOVE it was realy amazing...I AM still feeling full of LOVE

Hi Darryl thanks alot ,im totally new here but find everything amazing.
My little dog daisie got run over and died saturday and we are all lost :( .Im ususally good at looking at the bright side of life but struggling at the mo ,but i know she is being looked after by my father inlaw chris who died last year he was our brightest light in the family and was a masive loss but i have seen him and my daughter has seen him . He always said that what you see isnt the whole picture and im gradually putting things together .Hopefully i will learn more here.
