I've started to learn Spirituality about 3 years ago. I would like to improve my intuitive(psychic) ability effictively. I would like to know some examples of your improvement technic please.
- I meditate 10 to 15mins every morning.
- I listen(and understand) & apply the lesson of Abraham HICKS, Eckhart TOLLE, Dalai LAMA, Sonia CHOQUETTE, Deepak CHOPRA, Kim FRASER etc...
- I try to do at least one good things (for someone else) every day.
- I pray in the morning and at night to the higher-self(All that is).
I guess my frustration of not being able to see the progress making me feel more frustrated,and it became a blockage.

I can understand what you've been going through...
You may feel that you sometimes waste your time and money on those psychic development courses...but I believe that something has been changed(or you have leant something from it) at least ;-)

jing or yin yang combined is good fuel ... tantric sex can really catapult individuals into the cosmic realms they say ...
i think you were using the money more than wasting it ... just a hunch.
