My friend is doing this nightly - and leaving him ridden with anxiety and restlessness, toppled with a Archon / walk - in screwing with his dreams and reality and life - I am more able to help him with the latter issue, but astral projection is one thing I have not done myself yet and have little knowledge about it surprisingly enough.
Does anyone know what triggers these chronically and what can be done to fix it?
He's really really REALLY having a rough time atm. :/ Trying to help him in whatever way I can.

Don't know about your friend, but I used to astrally project while I slept ALL THE TIME. At times it was VERY TERRIFYING. I was afraid to go to sleep. Would leave my body VERY SUDDENLY and then come CRASHING INTO IT. It was like being on a roller coaster and seeing a horror movie at the same time. When I "awoke" I swear to God that I thought I was going to have a heart attack. If I had a bad heart, I'm sure that I would of died (or it at least felt like it) It took me FOREVER to calm down after this happened; and then, all of a sudden, it stopped happening.
Your friend is doing the OBE unconciously... i personally recommend he calls in AA Michael before he feels that *feeling* of coming out of body; or before he drifts off to sleep... this way nothing negative can come through and attack him or make him feel drained. This is a simpler remedy :) goodluck!! <3

Yes it took me a while after awakening to be able to relax enough in group meditations to be able to effectively go off in the meditation. I still prefer my own and go under really well when I do take time to meditate. You have given me a good prompting today to make sure I make time daily again to meditate. Or at least do some of the healing/cleansing meditations daily. Cheers dude more hugs :D
This is so true but I never seem to do enough these days. Not sure if it's because i'm so busy with my little one but need to remember this and to do it. I know so many good meditations for healing and feeling good just need to up my discipline I think and make time the benefits are so worth it ;)

I use a blue tigers eye worry stone, which I didn't realise would work as quickly as it did. Within a matter of days of having it in my pocket, I felt significantly better and saw that the lives of those leeching energy from me were getting worse by the minute. Good feeling I tell ya :) also have a think about whether he would benefit from a crystal that would help stop leeching of energy from his aura. The walk-in will be very interested in his energy and keeping him unhappy and stressed so that it can keep feeding from his energy. He can choose not to let it.

Not only will I pass this along to him, but I would do good to check out the crystals you have suggested, being that although I got rid of a nasty walk-in recently with success I still have a shove-in with a simply muted hold from some odd years ago that I haven't figured out to neutralize, myself!

Where does he go when he astral projects? Have you considered that due to the speed-up of all things going on, perhaps he is astral projecting to get all of the experiences he needs? The anxiety and restlessness suggest to me (not an expert by the way) that he goes to somewhere which is scary and unknown. The spontaneity of it suggests its somewhere he should be going and should be experiencing. Maybe if he went by choice into the unknown it would be less scary? And with the intention of learning the lesson he is meant to learn? I do suggest the help of crystals to ward off psychic attack and return balance - they have and do work for me in that manner absolutely perfectly, especially when teamed up with another crystal which returns negativity to the sender. Will do some research now and get back to you in a few minutes about which is best. I don't know whether it will fix it but it should help :)
