mentally healthy actions to enjoy

This October is designated Mental Health Month. The intention is to focus on actions that enhance the quality of our psychological wellbeing. There’s range of things that you can do that will improve your mental health and resilience.

  • Avoid drugs! All drugs from all sources merely supress the difficult symptoms that would otherwise lead you to change, growth and healing.

 

  • Exercise in the midst of nature. Prove to yourself what the research consistently shows being that gentle exercise in nature will improve your mood remarkably.

 

  • Let the change become you. Mental distress is a clarion call that all is not well and that change is required. Ignore this call at your peril.

 

  • Get some help. The strongest proudest wisest people know the value of a good coach. Skilled professionals exist who’re ready willing and able to help you in ways that really work.

 

  • Get a dog. The loving companionship you get and give with any beautiful beast will open your heart which in turn will release your mind.

 

  • Meditate. Meditation is really very simple and easy to enjoy. It doesn’t need to come with any evangelistic religious ideology.

 

  • Feel your feelings finish. Find the courage to contradict the early training to hide your feelings. Feeling your feelings finish is the fastest way to freedom.

 

  • Re-evaluate your thinking. Your current mode of thought and attribution led you to this space. New and different thinking will take you to another place that’s very likely better.

 

  •  Go time travelling. Past hurts pushed down necessarily resurface. Revisit and release your hurtful history with an aim to have a memory of pain instead of a painful memory.

  • I like time travelling-your at the wrong site to ask people to stop smoking dope-pot heads here get testy about dope discussions- but your intentions are good-I believe mental health is directly effected by the darker realms and meditation and prayers of protection are essential
