Really, there is no difference between the army and a normal company job you work for. First of all the army put big bucks and time into making you what they want you to be and the soldiers know it, secondly they want you to eat, drink and breath army and take directions with no questions asked.
WHats the difference between the army and a normal job? I am sure there are lots of company jobs that have kicked or put some typeof pressure on an employee to leave or be sacked because, they question or dont align to the companies eithics which can be damaging to persons/employees ethics/morals... Honestly who hasn't seen something like this or even been at the arse end of a butt kick because they are differnt..
