As we move into the aspects of multidimensionality, it can be difficult to remember to ground your intentions to be.  As a hospice nurse I was very adept at assisting my clients to the most peaceful transition with the lease amount of pain.  In the process of twelve years of traveling with many I find that I became more familiar with the transitional spaces.  This can be really great gift in assisting as an empathic journey guide but left me ungrounded with difficulty doing mundane tasks.  As we accelerate the cosmic unity energies, I am reminded to ground and meditate daily.  Many ways to ground for the gentle soul include eating easily digestible proteins and making sweet love with your partner.
