  Hi MGem80.................

  My journey started in childhood as my Grandma worked with homoepathic remedies & I then was shown Bach about 10 yrs ago. Apparently Bach started off as a homoepath before discovering the effectivness & gentleness in working at each individuals pace of growing/healing with flower remedies.

  Rescue Remedy has helped, through loads of 'moments' including sitting my driving test.

  In the medicine cabinet  just now (& have really helped in the past) are

  BEECH

  GENTIAN

  SCLERANTHUS

  There's always  Rescue Remedy on hand...

  They sure all helped me through intense, sometimes bizzare life changing/growing, & soooo deeply hidden experiences.

  Works here too...nature, flowers, oils, crystals, colours..and one that is most vital for here.....sound (musician)...inside & out...taste, sight, sound, touch, smell...sure works both ways for me...

    MGem ~ I had commented on Flower Essences a few weeks back and thought I'd post it here too for you :)
