NOW, I'm still trying to figure out what "Be ye as wise as serpents..." means.
Wise as serpents, harmless as doves. Serpents are wise, but vicious. Doves are ignorant, but harmless.
The doves are the common people, the serpents are priests, mystics, secret societies, occultists, etc.
But the truth of the matter is, you need both. You need wisdom and righteousness. The mind is but tunnel vision for the heart.
