Nobody should be under the impression that flu shots are of any help in prevention....The mRNA shots now being given, are far more detrimental....And NOBODY should take them....whatever the age...
My advice would always be...Improve the immune system naturally, through natural remedies and nutrients...And make it a general rule to never take a flu shot.....And of course, never trust big pharma....
