Beloved ones of Earth,
We come to you today with a message that many of you have been waiting to hear.
We are ready to meet you.
Physical contact has already been taking place for some time in different locations across your planet, quietly and in accordance with the readiness of those involved. And now we ask you, beloved ones, are you willing to welcome a closer relationship with us?
You have imagined contact as a great planetary event, with thousands of ships appearing in your skies, yet we invite you to consider the purpose of such an occurrence. How could billions of people, living in such different states of consciousness, receive the same experience with equal understanding? For some, it would bring joy, while for others, fear and confusion.
And so, we wish to share something important with you.
Contact happens through an alignment of vibrations, through the meeting of two states of consciousness that become harmonious enough to recognize one another.
This is why we invite you to prepare, through meditation, through silence, and through the cultivation of unconditional love.
Allow your mind to become empty, beloved ones, releasing the endless stories, expectations, and beliefs through which you perceive reality. As the mind becomes still and the heart opens, you naturally become more receptive to experiences beyond your familiar understanding.
We ask you to sit in meditation each day, allowing love to radiate from your heart toward all forms of life, known and unknown. Welcome the possibility of peaceful contact while remaining free from expectations concerning when or how it may unfold.
Understand that we seek a relationship with you, one founded upon mutual respect, freedom, and the recognition of our shared divine nature.
And remember, dear brothers and sisters, that the greatest preparation for meeting another civilization is learning to live in peace with your own.

The distance between worlds is not always measured in light-years. Sometimes it is the distance between a restless mind and a silent heart.
