  Hey my friend.
  I think we get some subjects by their senses and will. We always want eveythings that must adapt to follow our mind. We don't find out the meaning of life and adjust ourself to its laws. Suffering and fear happen.

  Well if you wan't just one answer I would have to say duality.This however is a very complex subject. duality is a belife of good and bad... Think every individual soul. each soul came from the super soul but we now live in a 3d matrixs which also consits of mind "thought's, ideas, and belifes" I also belive that the ego is created out of the mind "the part of you that judges and filter's through thought's that best serve the soul" When your mind judges another individual in a negative way then there will be Karma that best serves the purpose that will lead the soul back to, us all being conected and not seperit or returning back to the source. All sufering is is an effect of a a negative created thought in the mind

  I Feel that those have the toughest time in ife right now that do not fully unconditionally have LOVE of self. Very little do. We must Transform into this. Once Love comes into fruition, your life is dramatically raised!
