Yeah! - I'm a vegetarian now

Lately, I had just 'suddenly' gone off meat.  Just overnight.

Although I read 20 years ago in Fit for Life, that meat sat in our intestines for 3 days.  That's like putting meat into a warm cupboard, then imagining how it would smell after a while. 

For ALL who are struggling (music suggestions!)
