  I do not know .. but perhaps I can ask you a few questions to clarify matters. Are you always thoughtful and talk about things your friends do not really understand or are interested in? Next time, listen to your friends conversation and talk about what interests them. They will definitely take notice.

  I agree with Katt. My own beliefs lead me to think about reincarnation when thinking of a soul entering a body. Soon as you enter the body it is like a reset, because you no longer have the words to describe your experience, you only have the experience itself and the correlating emotions.Everything simply is. Difficult is a word made from not ones self but ones perception of self, thus it doesn't exist at the state in which a soul enters a body and begins it's next journey. To a baby and to a soul entering into a new form life simply is. There are no words to describe it only the experience itself. That is the state of mind most should strive for, stop trying to describe your experience to yourself and instead just live it.

  Great thing to point out James! We can learn a lot just by observing young children, they really are in touch with true self in their first years. The reference towards the baby can also be compared to that of people when they smoke weed. They completely disconnect from their "worldly" issues and plug into being in the moment, you can make any little movement and it will set them off laughing. It’s because just like a baby seeing things for the first time and being intrigued, the mind on drugs much does the same thing. They become fascinated with the simple things in life, because they have finally shut off all of the filters of thought they usually have distracting themselves from the beauty of each and every moment. A baby is lucky enough to have this shutoff his entire first 3-4 years. Actually more like non existent then shut off.

  Spirit Growth: Celebrate each and every single achievement, even the most simple ones, like preparing supper even if you didn't feel like it - or even better: not preparing supper because you didn't feel like it.

  Thank so for you answer.. I agree, it's an ongoing process. I find it almost unfair sometimes, I know people who have no spiritual interest or growth what so ever, and they have a pretty good life with themselves ;) Even though it can be hard sometimes to live my life, I love it as well because it's all a journey. I definately have some issues to work on for further ascenscion.. you are right, I have a lot of insecurity. I never feel a worth, while I find tons of beautiful things about others. Not sure how to build confidence, I care way too much. I'll be patient :)

    All the things you enjoy and find beautiful vibrate with you and are part of your identity, as do the things you don't particularly enjoy, but that you still vibrate with.

  haha I got it ;) You are all so nice!! Great advice! I saw Inception, amazing movie. I started to think about the same thing you did - but I'm having a hard time staying strong and keep my mind clear enough to actually LIVE that way. but I will try. I am really tired of human games and my annoying need for being noticed and the incredible level of sensitivity, there's not an emotion I don't pick up! This ascenscion better be done soon lol :) It helps to get such great advice! I am forever thankful :) It makes me inspired to live a more happy life instead of worrying, I will try my best to let go. By the way, I'm about the same height as you. Been there!! Haha.
