My gut tells me that the leftist are going to try and tie Romney and or repubs to Wallace, who was a racial segregationist and a Democrat-the Republican party was started before the Civil War with aims to abolish slavery-strange thing that slavery was abolished in the South first and then in the North after the war. The war was actually ignited by John Brown but the Feds were pushing for higher taxes on cotton exports, cotton picked by slaves, and this infuriated Southerners-so they wanted to leave the union and this panicked the elites in DC, John Brown led the battle cry. Why are black Americans per-dominantly Democrats? The answer lies with Roosevelt who promised to empower them to get their vote as a block-unbelievable!
