Wilcock mentions the EISCAT facility in Norway which is very similar to HAARP wherein it operates also operates a Ionospheric heater just as HAARP does. Hoagland also seems to believe that this spiral phenomena is caused by EISCAT wherein the beam of light coming from the spiral falls into the direction of the facility. I think EISCAT had something to do with it. These radar systems have been admitted to be able to create light shows like auroras among other things. Mind control is another claim which is not far-fetched. They are after all transmitting manipulated radiowaves. Did it have something to do with Obama accepting his 'Nobel prize'. Who knows. The spiral phenomena just looks suspicious.

  Awesome videos, and raises very many concerns and it is good to know what new technologies are out there. The Paranormal show advertizing in SOHO is just discusting....should not be allowed. It is like subliminal advertising only far more sinister. So many brilliant and sick minds out there. As for the Norway lights mystery, I think it is just a Russian missile that went bad. One hell of a light show though...
