Mission for today - Intending LOVE -Join me?

I have decided that today I am going to remember and share LOVE... Who will join me in the experience of co-creating a vibration of LOVE on this day? These are simple goals I am going to put my intention into.1. To look into the mirror and remind myself, that I AM LOVE.2. To tell and remind as many people as I can that I LOVE THEM.3. To meet a stranger today and project loving intent to them.4. To contact a friend or relative I have not talked to in a while and let them know they are loved.5. To meditate for a while on love.6. HUG someone!7. Do something to help someone.8. Create something (artwork, music, video, etc.) to express the feeling of love creativelySimple enough, yes? I hope that many of you join me today... Let's see how much LOVE we can send into the world!     I have been trying to do this for the last 6 months and quite a few weeks in the month I slip up and forget, I need to live alot more in the now, so count me in it will help me to remember to do this everyday...

    Wonderful, just wonderful! Today I reconnected with some email friends I had not written to in awhile because sometimes my life seems so boring to me I feel I have nothing to share. But today I just emailed them how much I have been thinking of them and concentrated on making them feel special and loved by me. Such a wonderful idea. Then I meditated on love. Such a warm glow remained after. Now my day does not feel so boring and mundane after all. It has been too easy to get in a rut for me since I don't work anymore. What a wonderful way to improve the day, week, month, year.

        LOL anytime you share love you get an AAA+++!!! now the trick is to do this each day! It's easy in the hustle and bustle of life to sometimes lose focus, I realized that I had... this is why I dedicated today to remembering the most important thing of all... LOVE!
