  I am able to access some, but not all, of the documents. Sometimes I get a message "file damaged and unable to be repaired". Any suggestions?
  
  When I went to the library to use the wireless network, I was unable to access the site.

  I got the red warning signal from Norton that the nyud website is a known security threat!... Anyway, I was able to open it and recognised some of the books mentioned.

    Ah well, if you regularly update your anti-virus software and perform regular scans you should be fine. (But i am sure you know this already) ;-)

      Yep, my Norton 360 is fully updated (the latest version), and PC Security, Identity Protection, Backup & PC Tuneup all A-OK and performing perfectly.
      
      The problem is on the other end.

  great find thanks Barron. Just one question before I dive in (I always love to read something that is not something someone wants you to read or know.....). Who was it who banned the books. Do you know? I think it would be interesting to know the angle of why these were banned, makes it even more fun to read. I see I have some serious reading to do. Glad I love to read....especially stuff I am not supposed to, lol. Kind of like waving a cape in front of a bull. CHARGE!!!!

    Ooooh, yes, Marique, we're in agreement on this point. If there's something ANYONE tries to hide from me or doesn't want me to know, I'm like a dog with a bone......I'm not gonna give up until I found out what it is they are hiding. It's all the secrecy BS that's gotten us in the mess we're in today. Now, my question is: no, it really is not a question any longer, but, initially, one wonders "why all the secrecy". Because if we knew what the person "hiding" stuff knew, they would lose their control over us, huh? The USE of knowledge is Power.
