  "Do you know of technique to heal that?"
  As people have mentioned, there are exercises you can do. I have a book called "Perfect eyes: 30 days to better sight" and it contains helpful information on how to heal your eyes naturally. I did the exercises 3 years ago for a month and did notice an improvement with my eyesight. My vision probably would've improved further if I continued the exercises. You can download the pdf here.   I haven't done the exercises in a while but I still remember which ones I did. In the book it says to choose 2-3 exercises for a 15 minute session. I selected 5 and spent 20-25 minutes(in total) on the exercises.
  This was my daily routine. I recommend "Palming" to end the session, it relaxes the eyes.

  You can heal your eyes(or other health problems) using the power of your thoughts/intention/beliefs/emotions.
  It's the mind-body connection and we all have an innate ability to heal ourselves. The mind can influence/affect the body's health and well-being. When a doctor tells someone who has a life threatening illness they have "x amount of days to live." It can be detrimental to the patient's recovery process. Depending on whether he/she believes this to be true. It's known as the Nocebo effect, which is the opposite of the placebo effect.

  Affirmations(charged with emotion) + visualization is a method that can be used to reprogram the subconscious mind to heal. Affirmations are most effective when your brainwaves are in the Alpha state. Our brainwaves are naturally in Alpha when we wake up in the morning and before falling asleep at night.   There is apparently an eye finger coordination that strengthens the eyes for seeing .. saw it on a vid however cannot recall where .... They were doing it with children too .... exersising the eyes ....

  How did you lose your vision? Is it age related or were you exposed to any poisons or chemicals as a child? An old friend of mine tried everything to improve her vision. Nothing worked. She found out that she was exposed to toxic chemicals as a child and now needs something called chelation.

  It will not be agreed upon, I am sure, but smoking pot has caused my boyfriend's macular degeneration to reverse... It wasn't an immediate thing. You would have to smoke regularly, and if you don't want to, obviously, this is not recommended.
  
  As for meditation, you could spend time in meditation each day, visualizing your eyes healing. Focus your conciousness on all feelings in your eyes. This will cause conciousness to travel to that point, with your intent to heal. This will tell your physical and spiritual body that you would like to heal your eyes, and they will respond intelligently. I do this for my teeth. The results are about as slow as smoking the marijuana, but they are results nonetheless.
  
  Another thing is certain eye exercises. My yoga teacher taught me to hold my thumbs out at arms length until they are barely visible in my periferrals. Then, switch back and forth looking at them.

  there are issues or attacks from the government and Health institution against it - PFFT they are always against something of real cure. So maybe it's really working.
  
  I have one bought at ebay for cheap price and when you wear it, there is really a great sight improvement. Though not recommended in the street. They say you wear it at least 30 mins. a day and you can see changes I guess within a month? I'm too lazy to do the routine and rarely use it. And now the rat pests pee on it, stinks and with bacteria which makes me don't wanna use it.
