I tried for about seven months and stopped abruptly. I was getting closer and closer, then strange things started happening as I lay on my bed meditating deeply: I encountered some beings. They weren't human. I could feel how strong and smart they were, cunning and beautiful. They visited in my dreams and sometimes interacted with me in my very room. Last month, which is when and why I stopped, a male entity growled my name in the darkness of my room.
If you could tell me some things, it would be helpful.
For now, I stick to lucid dreaming.
