  • Definitely David.... My first suggestion is take a deep breath, relax the body and mind by continuing to breath slowly and deeply... with an additional "step" of focusing on allowing Love "frequencies" to fill your body more fully with each breath. This should help to "shoulder" any stress or uneasiness of any kind. I suggest doing this for 20 minute time slots to start your day, after you are fully awake... then continue however often you feel comfortable throughout the day. Then you will naturally share these "blessings" of Spirit with others on your path. : )
