    To raise my frequency as well as the Planet. But i was surprised and grateful to be given a gift to be able to have glimpses of other realities and dimensions while in meditative state. Its so beautiful in other dimensions, vibrant colors... its beyond words 🤍💙💜 Namaste

    My Destiny was Hijacked from me at 4 yr age. I new something was wrong in my life. I could not pin-point what was done to me. "It is Necessary" to meditate to smooth out the rough roads.and it calms me down.

    What can be practiced can be anything (exercise) but meditation...as it is a "stage" not the process.

    Meditation is just about expansion and relaxation. Go as deep as you can go, all the way to the bottom. It's warm in the abyss at the very extremly darkest point. Don't be afraid of the deep abyss. It's very peaceful.
