  • That's a very good start :) though I think an hour isn't enough, I would say turn it off forever ;)

    • That's interesting :) I have started with a similar thing this winter, but it's when I'm outside. When I take my walks and it's dark outside I take my normal routes in the woods. Such a terrific feeling when it's dark outside and especially if it's moonlight. Two years ago I would believe it was insanity and would only stick to walking close to the street lamps  :) It's really a test to see if you have anything to fear to surround you in complete darkness, and I would say it's been a great lesson to just dive into the darkness rather than avoid it. It brings up things so fast you wouldn't either so easily know you had to work with I think :D What do you think I.M?

  • I think if the goal was to get the whole Earth to meditate instead of turning off some lights would do bigger wonders to save the Earth. If I have my lights on does not mean I do not care for the Earth :) I think I will be meditating instead and to meditate I need to shut my lights off anyway.

  • ALL the planets are warming up.  I think that this is just to get us used to living without electricity.

"A good book and also the general life story....There are so many parallels, with Bram Stoker's book of 1903; "The Jewel of Seven Stars,".......𓆄Sometimes truth, is stranger than fiction...𓆄"
