Ascension and Not Leaving your Body Behind

In the book "Bringers of the Dawn" by Barbara Marciniak, the Pleiadians say:"One of the most important ultimate realities upon this planet for you as a species to understand, and one of the greatest challenges you have been faced with, is what it means to die. We can convince you of many things, but it is difficult for us to convince you that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DIE. In this time, you do not have to physically leave your body behind here upon this planet. Can you conceive of the idea that you will simply change the vibrational rate of your physical being and take your body with you because you will rearrange the molecular structure?"In the book "The Crystal Stair" by Eric Klein, Jesus Sananda says:"I would say that your ascension will be all but identical to my own. You will NOT leave your bodies behind and go to a high state of consciousness. Your bodies will be transformed also. The molecules and atoms, your sub-atomic particles, all that you are, will be transformed and accelerated into the fifth dimension. So YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DIE. Well, that's some good news. In the late 1950s, Gloria Lee received telepathic messages from a Space Being named 'J.W.' from Jupiter. He says:

Means i will be stuck with my last body? Or will it be in better shape after ascention? Not that i care but i am shure there are others who do. It shure feels like we are ascending already freeking body is going crazy lately, muscular cramps, most of the food i used to like tastes like crap, i wake up every freeking time at 3:33 and i get slammed with 11:11 al over. To hell...i'm going to the beach and have me a swim.
