  Every emotion in the body creates neuro-peptides, which effect body chemistry, positively, or negatively, depending on the emotional status....Calm and happy emotions being more positive in effect, than dark emotions, such as hatred, jealousy, fear, anxiety, anger, grief, aggression, and antagonisms....This talk by Gregg Braden possesses so much more, to contemplate and is worth viewing...
  If one is ever frustrated by life and it can happen to all of us, from time to time, the simple technique of heart-brain coherence, at 0.1 Hz, truly resets the body....Braden has described this simple status and is a very simple meditation, in which the breath is slowed down, with conscious deliberation...Place a hand or fingers on your heart and so where your attention now is and feel positive emotions, whatever is happening around you....Just make that choice to be happy, grateful, compassionate, or whichever positive emotion is easier and simpler, for you to feel.....And keep the breath calm and regular, slow and comfortable....The neurons in the heart then send messages to the neurons in the brain, that all is well...It works and I would recommend this, as the signals sent out, through this type of coherence, our many-fold and always ones that extends and improves the body expression....This way spirit is gifted with a better vehicle of expression...one that can live for centuries, in perfect health and regenerative properties..with practice...I believe this allows us to hit a 4th density status, eventually....So keep doing it...

  Justin, the importance of SELF-LOVE is always paramount in a person's life and it can make all the difference, as this excellent example demonstrates....A lady who was dying of cancer, had an N.D.E. and returned with a much purer understanding of what needed to be addressed...She is so correct and I hope her story inspires you.....

    I actually ran into a similar video from her not to long ago. She definitely has an interesting story thats for sure. I'll give this one a watch sometime today as well.

    True. Until the individual heals the internal, chasing external villains or waiting for systemic rescue is just another loop of the matrix to keep you stagnated and tied to victim mentality. You are not a victim unless you choose to be, so take your power back and break free of illusions. The universe is built of unconditional love, not fear, so allow that energy into your life by aligning with it, and notice the shift. The way forward is to free yourself from within. Be present and enjoy living, there is so much to do and enjoy.

  White fibrous clots are still being discovered in corpses, by embalmers, yet pathologists mostly retain a reluctance to confirm identification...But, now at least, serious attempts to confirm the chemical compositions, using spectroscopy, are being made and basically, these clots are anomalous proteins....and created by the body, which has been re-reprogrammed to do so, by the mRNA shots..
  
  They started being noted around 2021 and were not noted before.......And form in veins and arteries, as the body changes it's DNA/RNA programming...and inevitably end up destroying health...A deliberate bio-weapon I would call this....See this latest video from Dr Campbell, about this topic, which we have discussed many times, here...And now the hard science provides us with evidence, as to what the chemical compositions are...

  Dr. William Makis comes on to Dr. John Campbell's show to talk about Ivermectin as well as other anti parasitic drugs and their healing effects on cancer. Many cures for cancer have been supressed by the powers that be for quite a long time. These anti parasitic drugs are some of the cures they have been hiding.   Good video from Redacted which gets into the miracle of Vitamin C. Its not just Vitamin C, but many other miracle cures as well that are being attacked. Cancer cures like Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Mebendazole, and other anti parasitic drugs are also under attack. Even simple things like Prolonged Fasting, the Keto Diet, and Carnivore diets are under attack. The current Health Industries do not want cures.     Spot on correct, Justin....They have even created "keto snacks," with maltitol, to fool people...And although it's not sugar, it still spikes insulin.....And snacking is something to avoid, anyway, for serious ketosis...
    
    And the FDA seem to be resisting much of what RFK Jnr has planned for, by giving the go ahead for flu shots, based upon mRNA technology....If you know anyone who takes a flu shot, please warn them about it....As the song goes; "just say no."
