A lot of people think:
—-If you’re average energy / average vibration, then you’re a normal person.
If you’re high energy / high vibration, then you’re a spiritually advanced person.
If you’re very high energy / very high vibration, then you’re enlightened.
—-
But enlightenment isn’t “take a person and add really high energy / vibration.” Enlightenment isn’t adding something to a person; it’s subtractive.
Now, I enjoy high-energy / high-vibration things too, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Personally I feel high-energy / high-vibration when I listen to the album “Root Down Deep” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwGDqzNsx_Q). I regularly listen to it and I very much enjoy doing so.
However, listening to music like that, and reading “high vibration articles”, isn’t going to make you enlightened.
Meditation, by itself, is also very unlikely to make you enlightened.
So, what has some chance of making you enlightened?
The article https://eraoflight.com/2026/08/30/tunia-what-enlightenment-is/ shared one method. Another method is:
Relentlessly and intensely practice “whatever arises, observe that” for a year. And apply this to everything. So it’s not just “whenever an unpleasant thought arises, observe that.” It’s “WHATEVER arises, observe that.”
After a year of that, ask yourself: “You think you are the one observing; look for the observer. Where are you?”
With love,
A.S.
