Meteor (UFO?) Streaks across Eastern Seaboard- Expect Strange Events?

At 8pm EST on Friday 3/22/13 a meteor (UFO?) streaked across the mid Atlantic US unexpectedly at 600 MPH. It was the size of a boulder, scientists say. If a Meteor look for a strange event(s) in the next days on the east coast.
