  I wonder if anyone has the answer to this question. I have been thinking much about the horrendous physical symptoms I'm experiencing due to the latest DNA update. I am 75 years old, my body is tired and probably due to leave soon. why does it have to be continually bombarded with extra terrestial energies that leave me floored. I assume that when we ascend we do not take the body with us but leave it behind, so why does it have to be upgraded - downloaded, re wired and the like - surely we leave all the unhealed crap behind!!

  Easterners took some practices that are usefull (known all over the world ), and then create supernatural beliefs around them. Once we understand how they work, we can drop the supernatural beliefs and adopt the practices. Then they cease being about 'a worship of other gods'. It is like some people worships oceans. They may interpret the bliss at the sea breezes as 'a reward of standing before god'. Be we know what sea breezes are, and we know it has nothing to do with an ocean being a god. However, we cannot say that since ocean worshippers enjoy sea breezes, then the practice of enjoying the sea breezes itself is about worshipping an ocean! Same is the case for things practiced by yogis. Sitting like a yogi and breathing deep etc does not mean you are worshipping anything! An atheist can do that and get the benefits that yogis get but without the yogi interpretation of why those benefits comes about.

  You don't need to do the eastern religion called 'yoga', that involves teachings etc, (like say bakti yoga etc ). Infact by saying 'yoga', it is a misnomer. I am talking about a certain exercises like those practiced by yogis, but not yoga itself. I don't do yoga. I do 'mindfulness'. I did it before I knew yoga or any other eastern religion. So it isn't a religion nor is it a worship of any god, at least not necessarily.

  Thanks alot San, I had never heard of scoliosis. The spine pressing rib cage sounds abit scaring to me lol! Nothing is wrong in seeing a doctor, especially when you are attacked by strange illness. The generalization of all doctors as 'greedy workers of pharmacy industry' is, like many other conspiracy theories, dubious. Every doctor makes his own decisions, same as every government in the world. There is no single cabal that manipulates the whole world, (every hospital, every president, every armed group etc) this is impossible. Those who say such things lack judgment.
  
  But this does not mean doctors are flawless. We still must use caution and attempt other alternatives rather than doctors. Those who have cured depression using yoga rather than the anti-depressants offered in hospitals have benefited alot.

  I am truly amazed and delighted. I have just received an email all about the updating of DNA I have been so ill this last few days and asking "what on earth is going on?" God has replied!! thank you so much for the information and reassurance that I'm not losing my mind!
