I do a lot of writing about letting go of the past. Its a hard thing to do if you don't have a working way of doing it. The way that I learned it was through the book " A course in Miracles " by JC. I am now starting my 9th yr. CK it out on the net. To make a simple statement; when issues of the past come up in your thoughts, you know, the ones that hurt, that carry pain or sorrow, just tell yourself that you FORGIVE them or yourself or both, even if you still have doubts.
