I am severely depressed... I feel weird different I don't know.. Have been praying nonstop please God, Angels .. I need reassurance. Someone let me know I matter no matter my past is it normal to feel this odd during Indigo to Crystal?

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE IT IS WRITTEN THAT "GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES" OR IS THIS JUST A COLLOQUIAL SAYING?
Dear Laqui, you are having an INSIDE/ INNER awakening. Your heart chakra is taking over your brain. And when it happens, one feels completely confused, angry, and lost. So the only thing you want to do - is to cry out for a Heavenly help and pray.
The very step you should do - ask help and guidance from your spirit guides, who are there for you 24/7 !
In cases like this, people are told to go outside, and to let go off everything that makes you unhappy, or guilty about your past. Connect to Mother Earth, and tell her out-loud, what is that you want to forget, or to get rid off. And then, cry, sing and dance....
The second thing to do is to write down two lists - one includes the names of all people who YOU want to forgive, and the second list will include the names of the ones who hurt you. Let them outside for a whole 24 hours, and read them over and over, by declaring that you forgive everybody, and wanted to be forgiven. After 24 hours, burn the lists by sending LOVE to ALL, and by asking the heavenly spirits to close that page of your life... This helped me a lot!!!

You are not alone! You are loved. Right now you are depressed. So follow your joy. Do something fun....Paul is a cool comedy and I recommend it highly. Put some laughter in your life and lighten the load.Have some chocolate too!
