Yes God Likes Atheists who don't believe in him but live in the mode of goodness for the simple reason that those who believe in him keep asking him for this that and the other like they go to a place of worship and ask ..God please make me rich so I win the lottery... God I want a good husband or likewise God I want a good wife ..God I want a baby boy ..God I want a baby girl .. God I want a good job with lots of money ...God I want THIS THAT AND MORE ...so they keep asking God but THE ATHEIST ask for nothing but as they live in the Mode Of Goodness automatically they get their just rewards and are happy.
Like Krishna says ..do a good service without expectations and automatically you will be rewarded .. meaning no need to ask

work on
SELF REALIZATION
and
SELF SACRIFICE
* THEN YOU WILL GET YOUR JUST REWARDS
GOD LIVES IN THE HIGHEST STATE OF GOODNESS .
