One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil - It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is Good - It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked the grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee replied, "The one you feed."

Very much wisdom in it. One need to think to grasp it's full meaning but it's very true. I love it.
Thank you for posting it.

OMG why does everything have to turn into a comparison to something else...
Love you, Ina!
In choosing the 'difficult' way i.e. 'ego', one has a longer and more difficult road/path to travel. When a Soul decided to choose a more difficult road/path, it would mean that he/she has a 'need' to journey that road/path in order to fully understand the 'course' he/she has signed up for. It is a always a 'choice' that needs to be 'understood' and it isn't right nor wrong.
Once on that road/path, there isn't any duration for that 'course'. That Soul has to experience it 'until' he/she says that 'it's enough'....or he/she can 'choose' to continue it day in - day out...and stay on the level of 3D..and perhaps 4D and in staying on the 'ego' level at 4D......it is known as 'a prison'.
Am I right, CarOn? Is that the 'concept' of Alloya or not?
Nice, I like that :)
Feeding your "Self" is important, and what you feed it is also important. Sometimes I .... feed people who I maybe shouldn't but something within me, just wants to keep giving to them. I try and feed myself as much light as I can handle, and then maybe a little more...
Energy is an interesting thing :)
Wise wonderful and brings peace to the heart.
love you.
