  • I will follow wveryone advice thanks , and yep keeping up the world goverment just suck up energy allot lol  This coming electings are driving me crazy , is time relax and watch allot thing would make feel better

  • I want to try that also for some reson i always forgot drink water due that i rarely feel thirsty

  • Thanks , James , I myself permit negative thoughts enter to my head , thoughts of depression and weackness I let them grow , is so easy , but time to me to discard them , so I can acomplish a high energy level im looking for

  • the human conditition as it stands includes a "depression"dynamic

im not saying people are "clinically"depressed...thought they may be!

rathr depression is lots of long term anxiety covered by exhaustion

simple and solid true way to get energy back is to let go of your urgency regarding the stuff( often difficult to see clearly) thuis denying the authenticity of fear. and let yourself feel the exhausdtion...ideally yawning alot...

trears let sadness discharge...yawning is the discharge of emotional exhaustion. yawning releases your energy to be used and felt as present

easier said than done but thats the way through permanently

    loved enoy

    • I do get mild depress sometimes and most of the symtoms you mention , once I try jogging and drinking whey protein , I have been trying to use mediation but is more that I get caught in my feelings instead of finding peace , Is not easy to get rid of egery suckers as I though

  • low as in how? yoga, meditation, visualizations.......

    thanks

    • Low as in weack I feel i dont aclomplish of my activities in the day neither my goals , when Im alone meditading I dont concetrate either :S

"Not really. Lyrans are the original humanoids. They’re tall, regal and look similar to the Pleiadians, Sirians and the Andromedans. The feline idea is a mix up with the lion beings from Sirius A.
Are myths that much more entertaining than actual…"
