Lateley and quite frequently i have been noticing this sort of feeling hard to describe.. sort of like lil bubbles arising in me .. some may say the chills but im not cold. or like butterflies but not just in my stomach. i think it starts at my feet then rises.its quite a good happy feeling and it occurs when i communicate with some people or i hear a message i resonate with. can anyone tell me what this bubbly feeling is ..its very quite physical.

Well yea...they only do these things, because they're deeply insecure...so they need to make themselves feel superior in some way, to make them feel good. It's a tough thing...they need true personal power of the spirit, not a false power based on an egoic structure like status.
It's a sad thing really...I'm learning to be more easy on people, because most of us are in some level of hurt or insecurity...and we do all kinds of things to compensate for that. Clearly that's how it is. There's alot of healing needed...and it'll take a long time to really heal this world.
