Everywhere we look the word Love is being used.
What is it?
Helping each other in need? Touching in a loving way? Being tolerant to all behaviours? Protecting our own?
There is many different loves that I would call human behaviour, programmed to protect and nourish.
Then there is mating love, love between friends, e.t.c
I find it hard to write Love and Light - or even feel it - for real - how do you love everything and everyone?

Because at this level of reality, love has been "filtered" so much that that state allows for an absence of love/light and this creates darkness. This in turn allows the ability for entities to act from darkness (ie a lack of love/light) and this in turn creates conflict. Conflict is a lack of understanding of the unity of all, and this lack of understanding manifests as a breaking of the law of free will. Which creates all conflict.
You have to understand that the lack of love/light in some entities is the reason why they unconsciously hurt others. It's not always conscious. This is why people talk about vibration. Raising your vibration is making your journey back to Prime Creator (the vibration level that PC is at). At higher vibration levels, love/light is less filtered and thus there is more of it inherent.
This person knows of what they speak, people. Listen.
Yeah love is a word which could have very many different meanings to different people. Some people may call a feeling "love" when they are in love. We may be attatched to someone and call it love. We may "truly" love someone and wish the person happiness without our own depending on them.
Love, in the truest sense of the word, can be felt in the chest as a warmth. It wants other people to be happy. Love comes with peace, and is a very "light" (opposite to heavy) feeling. It is very different to ordinary feelings such as lust, anger, sadness, excitement, etc., which are all heavy and more fleeting. Love and peace are things which come, at least in more strength, when some specific inner psychological elements are being absent. When they are, we are in the moment and it is in the moment that peace and love exists, since the consciousness is active.
Maybe a bit hard-to-understand post...

how can one Love all the time, without getting the input? When the energy is sucked out and has left the soul dark and hurt?
