Most of the staff serve unhygienically..they put their fingers in the plates and bowls and at times chips touching their fingers as they are served in the plates. They may wash their hands or wear gloves doesn't mean much as they touch their faces, touch dirty bags, touch their clothing or cleaning cloths and then serve with dirty hands and gloves ..even some use their dirty mobile phones and then serve food.
I have reported one ikea restaurant to the food and hygienic inspectors who will come and show them on how to serve food properly and how to keep gloves and hands clean while serving food.
MOST IKEA RESTAURANT STAFF DO NOT KNOW THE BASIC ON HOW TO SERVE FOOD ..watch how they serve you and if they put their fingers in the plates instead of holding from the very edge then report issue to the Food and Hygiene Inspectors.
Saw one Ikea restaurant staff licking his fingers while serving food in Ikea Wembley, London.
IKEA must be fined heavy for breaking food and hygiene standard and some of the guilty staff must sacked immediately.
