Take the case of humans they transmit energy, vibes and frequencies and also receive energy, vibes and frequencies knowing this all should keep social distance wherever possible and I will tell you why?

The worse forms of greetings are shaking hands and hugging as like I said very few are your really good friends the others are pretending and spreading negative energy, vibes and frequencies

How about the few who are your real friends? Should we snub them alongside the rest just because you don't want to shake hands with, hug or do whatever to the fake ones? I don't think so! We don't stop mining gold because well, most of it will be impurities anyway.
Nevertheless that still is not a good reason to refuse to shake hands with pple (especially refusing to shake hands with those who stretch hands to you). If you read Mathew 5:47, you get an hint. As a person of virtues, you are supposed to show friendship etc even to those who are not your real friends, and even to your enemies!
'Negative energy' does not spread from the 'bad' person to the 'good' one, eg upon physical contact. Exactly the vice-versa happens! If you have 'positive energy' and then you shook hands with those with 'negative energy', your 'positive energy' will flow to them, and the vice-versa will not happen!
Remember Jesus was touched by 'unclean woman', and they used to believe that anything that such a woman touches became unclean. In other words they believed that only 'uncleanliness' spreads. But here, Jesus was showing them that it is the 'cleanliness' that spreads. So the woman was cleansed upon her physical contact with Jesus!
Again remember the 'good Samaritan'. The priest etc feared that the person was dead, and so he chose to 'keep social distance' in order to save himself from the 'negative energy' from a dead person. But he ended up not doing the right thing, like the 'good Samaritan'!
