We are told that one of the symptons of ascension, is the fact we wake up at 2am.
It could be the case that we need less sleep as we are ascending or evolving further in our spiritual walk.
But here's something else that is keeping humans awake and that is..... parasites and worms.
Most people on the planet are affected by parasites and worms inside of us all. We worm our pets but not ourselves! We're hardly aware of the protocol.
Worms (and tapeworms) are likely to cause us so many problems and insomnia is one of them.
It's important to do a liver cleanse as well as a worming treatment once every 6 months. Some people do a juice fast (mostly vege juice) and starve the parasites who feed on the foods we crave. That's what drives us to continue to eat the wrong foods we are addicted to.
Another helpful product is called Diomatacious Earth.

This can be taken in our meals (1 tablespoon x 2 /day). We can also give Diomatacious Earth to our pets (and put in their food) as well as rub it into their coats to replace nasty chemical flea treatments (expensive but poisonous stuff from the Vets).

i can't help but stay up all night, and it is so hard to discern between physical dis-ease and spiritual..my hubby always says that my spirit is manifesting these dis-eases, but i cant help believe it is parasites that tell me to eat at midnight!
My friend who is an indigo was telling me that parasites have their own consciousness by themselves.....so if they are in a person they can affect that individual....
I agree.
They can also control what a person eats - literally. I have had a sugar addiction, and I would be marching to the cupboard or shops to go and get a chocolate fix. I'd get grumpy if I didn't have it. Also I could never fully satisfy the cravings that possessed me.
So I think there's something in that.
we already know that parasites thrive in a diet of fermenting and decaying animal flesh in human stomachs; also mix that with prepackaged and junk food and you have all the answers as to origin of this stuff....................
I like the suggestion of fruit/or/veggie juice fast/detox but lets remember than detoxing with fresh juices this week but going back to junk and animal foods next week will never have intended resoult of getting rid of worms..............
Glad you know Esseya, but I didn't know. Not something that's really discussed in our culture.
And the raw fruit/veggie stuff is a lifestyle choice.
There are very good cleanses you can do to get rid of Parasites, I would recommend getting your body tuned up as much as you can Butterfly.
