POSTED GUIDELINES For This Site . . . .OFFERS SANCTUARY.
First I would like to offer my gratitude to Ben for this site and I also offer my appreciation for the difficult stance between total freedom and freedom with relevance to a particular relativity.
I am blessed by your creation . . . for this I thank you, Ben.
Next, while I find all those who have risen to the exalted state of only perceiving the love in every situation, hence their great tolerance for low frequency behavior . . . inspiring.
This site posted guidelines to it’s “members” offering “zero tolerance for argumentative, profane, bashing and hateful behavior.
The Careful reading of the “Membership intention/ guidelines identifies this site as a Safe Zone for Learning. No different than the treatment given hecklers and disrupters in a classroom. The zero tolerance for hateful bashing, offered in the guidelines, makes it clear that hecklers and haters are not included in the membership/ communicating space. Go Ahead, read the POSTED GUIDELINES
For Example, Joe Black is late for his class so he takes the subway. On the way to class he is in the public domain, hence, all those gathered belching their inebriated zealotries have every right to spew forth. As unappealing as it is for passerby, to be bespat upon, this is the domain of the free speech , therefore Joe’s only recourse is to hurry on by.
Yet when he reaches the classroom and steps inside, the “all accepting all behavior inclusive acceptance" of the public domain, must now be tempered to fit the intention of the gathering/ memberships'/ classrooms' goal. The teacher /presenter is given the respect and attention of this sharing enviornment. The hateful spewing of the subway environment is not allowed.
Upon accepting of these terms and becoming a member agreeing to these terms should entitle members to feel a sense of sanctuary here. That is the point of membership and guidelines!
These guidelines of decorum are not considered oppressive at a presentation or a seminar or conference. The reason it is called a conference is so that like minded individuals can get along and share. If the presenters spend all their time pulling psychology 101 out of mothballs to constantly stroke and appease the haters the hecklers and attention getters, there would be no conferences.
I’ll bet Brother Ben, if at your, “Cosmic Meetup Conference“, you had to put all your energy N2 appeasing hecklers everyday, instead of sharing the wisdom you came to share, you might remember the wisdom that led you to post guidelines.
By offering and posting guidelines that restrict hateful language and behavior, the site gives off the intention of being a sanctuary for sharing and raising the vibration. When newly awakened or just new to the site are greeted with a barrage of hatred and insults . . .is it really fair to expect them to be as exalted as the adepts at only perceiving love?
Would you appreciate going to your child’s school for her first day . . To be greeted by a ring of bullies and when you hesitate to leave your child, you are told, if she is exalted enough she won’t feel bullied? She will only feel the love?
The problem, to me, stems from mixing metaphors.
Posting A code of interaction and then telling members who are blindsided by an aggressive hateful verbalization, that they just need to be more evolved . . .is inconsistent with the stated “Membership“ Intentions.
There is a place for anything goes acceptance and there is a place for a membership forum where guidelines dictate classroom decorum.
READ THE GUIDELINES.
If you still feel the need to hone your skills against agro bashing behaviors, by all means go to the subway or stand on a street corner or city park.
Why post guidelines If there are none? Shouldn’t offering wisdom sanctuary, have value and virtue? Shouldn’t shelter from the rage be somewhere.
Go out N2 the rage as much as is needed to practice being exalted. But when you need shelter from the storm go to a sanctuary for learning. READ THE SITE GUIDELINES.
