the media (R.I.P Whitney Houston)

I was wondering if our media in general took a compassionate approach to people who had problems instead of dragging them through the mud and making fun of them what an impact that would have on people. Amy Winehouse died of drugs, but before she died the media made fun of her for her drug problems, and the same with Whitney Houston. I wish there was a way to combat this horrific incompassionate behavior of the media, but I guess when you are a celebrity you become a non-real commodity. I think it shows a real sad state of the collective conscience......Micheal Jackson died, but before he died he was held up to public ridicule and dragged through the mud.....the media what a shallow machine it is....It is almost like the general public collectively gets off on the destruction of another.......

Rest In Peace Whitney Houston....one angelic voice returning to the heavens....

Well...another day...another death, another sorrow...another breath...

I think that sums it up quite nicely. Death happens everyday...it's sad, but that's life...and life goes on. I don't dwell on it, I don't even know why people make such a big deal about it. When I found out, I just thought, oh wow...oh well....and carried on with my day. I mean it's no big loss...she just moved to another mode...her time on Earth was up, and that's all there is to it.

I've experienced enough death to become immune to it. No big tragedy, no big loss...life goes on, for the living and for the dead. And I agree totally about the media, so quick to play on the downside of everything and everyone. But oh well....that's life, and life goes on.
