        have any of you considered that ascension symptoms may be the effects of chem trails. if you dont know what chem trails are, i suggest you look into them. the symptom of barium poisoning are very similar to what you have listed. i hate to burst your bubble but it is something that you should definately look into....

        Wow. .I am super new to this site and have been browsing around. . read the signs of Spiritual Awakening and of course identified with all of it . .and now i found this discussion thread, and double WOW. . this explains allot for me too .. the flashes, the headaches, the lightbulbs needing to be replaced constantly, the sharp excruciating pains in my head that last for up ot a minute, and then just disapper. .my son that's 1 year now, started about 3 months ago, waking up every night at 3:30am also, the stiffness, the numb body when I sleep. . I am in fact NOT GOING CRAZY! The other night as I lay with my almost 4 year old daughter while tucking her in, we both were vibrating so much that i had the sensation we were floating and levitating. It was probably the coolest thing ever. What led me to this wonderful site, was noticing about a week ago, a very large, black cylinder in my backyard, with a small door at teh bottom, that went from the ground, up as far as I could see in the sky. I thoght it strange, especailly after closing my eyes and seeing little alien like creatures who were trying to communicate telepathically with me. Honestly, I was freaked out by it and told them if they had something to say to me, to tell my guides and they would pass it on. That night I had a strange dream. I was in a ship, and when I looked out I could see space, and stars adn galaxies, but although i knew there were a few other people there, I couodn't see them. I was very uncomfrotable,and when I saw a member of the "Crew" i was more uncomfortable, and quickly came back. . but then had a memory of being in this other place with a tall man, standing in front of a large computer with blinking lights, above it a large screen .. this is all i remembered. When I awoke to my son crying, and then tried to go back to sleep, before i could close my eyes, i could feel myself been dragged and began seeing the starts and space again. . . .I awoke of course thinking, I was clearly losing my mind. . .but even stranger when my husband's cousin called the next day 1 state away to say I was never going to belive what she saw (which of course was something similar) and her son saw in the distance on her way to work .. so that is what led me here. . and i am finding out, my expereinces are not so strange afterall.

      Count me in...also muscular spasmes , pain in the eyes, preshure on the head tintling of the third eye, and so on...but no bad feeling comes with this and that already makes my day. Would be nice not to wake up al the time at 3:30 in the morning and seeing 11:11 al the time but i'm getting used to it,and lucky for me my wife is in the same situation so we understand eachother,and so help eachother a lot.I geuss we just need to hold on and see where it brings us.At least my awareness is getting better and that is priceless.

        All these symptoms, it´s a drag isn´t it ! Waking up at a specific time in the middle of the night is going to pass thank God, I did it for a while too. I also had a lot of pressure in the eyes and still have. I can especially feel it before a storm is coming (about a half day before). I think it has to do with the connective tissue in the body (the internal net which is containing all muscles and organs) responding to the changing energies around us. I believe that the net is senible to stress, that is, the negative energies/stress which comes from cleaning the group counscioness at the moment. It´s virling around us. It can help getting some help from a person who are doing Cranio Sacral therapi (the soft version) and it also helps beeing very calm and nice to yourself on a deeper level and thinking calm thoughts (the pain increases with stress and when you are to tuff on yourself).

          Thanks Marita,it is getting better with the years,when i got my re-birth or kundalini awakening i had a lot of problems with my health,manny books say that when it is awaken like it happ to me spontaniously and not by meditation or exercises with yoga and others.It really hits you hard and gets your whole system out of balance.It did to me i was totally out of wack.Ended up in hospital,but i recover wel and by reading a lot i am getting to understand everything in its own time.One of the most spectacular things after the re-birth was that i lost the Fear i used to have ,it has changed into understanding and balance,even when like you mention i hear voices calling me or other weird stuff happening.Right now i need to work with energy and the way i get sick when i am in the wrong places or with the wrong people.Al that stuff seems to go trough me somehow and sinds i do not give it forward like it has been given to me,i get stuck with it untill i clean it up somehow. I feel like a vacium cleaner...lol.and sometimes i can get really sick and it can take weeks before i clean the mess up.The clean up mostly happens at night as i do ask for help before i go to bed and usually it works well.Other times i geuss i am learning a lesson and that is why it gets a bit harder to clean up.Lucky for me i am a optimist in heart and soul and i seem to see the good in all of it.Needless to say if i was not i would never make it trough.Be cool Marita....ciao.

        Yeah the flashes,cool i tought i had vision problems was kind off worried for a while,lucky me i hate docters otherwise i would be ruined by now...lol

  Wow, that is unsettling if you are seeing someone and think it is me, hahaha. I wonder if you pick up on the fact that I think of you often and wonder how you are and think you are such a beautiful soul? If I thought I saw me in someone else I would run and hide, hehe... I can relate with the dizzies get them a lot lately, kind of like a slow room tilt, and I have to lay down sometimes just to get oriented again. And as for seeing orbs and swirlies, have seen them since I was a child, and still not sure, but at least living alone I never FELT alone. I always thought they were friendly and protective.

    Its been six months when first time spirit guide me untill this far where it show me about knowledge like i ve been guide step by step you know like new born baby untill it grows adult. I thought i was sick or drunk first time before somenone put this discussion because lately i was feeling like flying but my body stay on the ground when i walked, some times i have to sit for awhile to gain balance is this normal ???
