Space Fence By "Lockheed"

I saw this video about the "Space Fence" which is an Advanced "computer" system created by "Lockheed" for the US Air Force. Just imagine if all this technology was "invested" in more creative projects that could benefit all mankind instead of the Air Force.

"Operated by the Air Force 20th Space Control Squadron and created by Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon, Space Fence is a multistatic radar system capable of detecting almost everything that moves in orbits up to 18,641 miles (30,000 kilometers)."
