Sensitive to love

Lately things have been affecting me more than ever before. I feel things in a much deeper level. Don't want to sound all soft or anything but I'll put it into perspective for you. Maybe there are others who are going through the same...and experienced some of what I have....at least I hope so. I have always been tough so to speak in a way that it really takes a lot for me to cry and actually let my emotions spill, even if I'm all by myself.Starting a few months back, I have been very sensitive to anything that involves love and it's make-ups like, the feeling of hope, trust, happiness, harmony, beauty, creativity, compassion, mornings and the sun are just a few thoughts coming to my mind right now. So whenever I feel these I get very emotional and teary eyed. On the other hand I get very upset when I turn the TV on and go through its channels. It seems 95 percent of the programs are junk. Or when I hear about stories that people want to talk about, involving hate, fear, jelousy, hurt and well...you get the idea. Often before I go to bed I'll watch some inspirational videos and/or anything that relaxes my mind and quiets my thoughts. I was listening to some music and I had a realization happen to me right in the middle of it last night and I honestly felt this rush and knew right there and then that I am pure harmonic vibration of love. Right away I thought of my parents, then of the Universe and it's massive, massive spaces then of this force that runs through all of us and glues us together and how every living thing is an expression of love and love is all there is. The whole time this was happening I was weeping and I mean tears running down. I was so relieved afterward....it felt great! :) I hope you experience it too.Happy holidays to all!NAMASTE
