The latest time I've been bombarded with syncronisity in numbers, mostly when I glance at the clock (which I don't do so much during a normal day) and almost every glance I take I can see a number that I know means something. I have noticed that some numbers keep popping more than others and one of the majority is "9:11" or "19:11" "20:12" "11:11".
I know this means something to me but on a conciouss level I just can't figure out what other than I am not alone on my journey here, I see it as if I get reminded that I am watched over, but it may have another significance as well, if you know something or want to know something about me to be able to give an answer don't hesitate :)
I also have dreams that I cannot explain other than I know they mean something to me but I cannot decipher them. I've read that the soul talks in metaphors by showing different "dreams" rather than just a voice in the head. Two things I often dream of is a good friend of mine who I grew up with and spent a lot of time with (he has now moved away and is really hard to get in touch with, even over skype) though I dream almost every night that we do something together, that I visit him etc. And another thing I often dream about is me seeing blinking lights in the night sky or a big UFO moving in the sky on a bright day, and it often ends with me getting really excited and desperetley either try to film it with my iPhone or calling out to others to see as well, often family members ^^.
I also noticed that since I put a bag of crystals under my pillow/ placed them in colour representation of the chakras under the matteress, that I sleep like a prince. I can sleep over 10 hours if I got the time and it feels like important things just happen to me during this sleep. Another thing is that I have more dreams or simply remember more dreams and they are even getting clearer when I sleep with my crystals near me. This is also something that I find hard that I just would've imagined and I'd like to think it has a significance as well? :).
Lastly today I had an experience I've only had once in my lifetime before and that was in winter last time I had it. It was in the morning while I was sleeping, I was half-awake half-asleep like in a deep meditation. Inside my head was this low humming sound (like a very low frequency) and with just being aware of it I thought it was some kind of machine humming in another room or something, but as I quickly became concious about it it just faded away when I started to wake up from the slumber. And the first time was in a similar way (early in the morning-slumber state) but this time it was a high-frequency sound almost like tinitus and it vibrated and my head felt electrified in some way.
I've read about this before by people having these experiences but I don't really know what to make out of it. Does it have something to do with the pineal gland being active and then shutting off when I wake up?
I would really appreciate some answers on how to interpret this because it's very exciting. I want nothing else than to have more spiritual experiences and the best I've had is not through meditation but through sleep. I have been awakened by clear knocks in my room and to find the clock be "3:33" and breathing in my face, or someone very carefully stroking the side of my face. And the best part is that I was not afraid at all because a strong feeling of harmony, peace and love just assured me that I was fine. Once you've had these experiences you just want more, but it's not everyday for me lol ;p. I have a bad habit of slipping into the illusion and focusing a bit too much on things that can be considered unimportant or distractive if you would view it from a spiritual progressive point, things like work-situation, money, friends, computergames etc. But thats my flaw and I must keep working with it.

vibrating and humming sounds in your head usually mean you're about to astral project
I did it a while ago without realizing but the feeling was too intense and made me feel sick and scared. Funny you talk about astral projection because that's the topic of conversation at the moment between myself and my uncle, the man who woke me up and made me realize, synchronicity :) Peace x

I totally hear what you say, synchronicity via numbers 11.11 12.12........ very high frequency humming/vibration happening to me all the time, as are strange/vivid dreams, 2 suns in the sky, total strangers taking me to places i have not yet been, flying to the four corners of the universe. Strange things keep happening but i have no fear because i know i'm being protected, trust me, as are we all. Fear nothing love everything and everything will become clear very soon. Peace x
Wow yeah I feel exactly the same. I actually got a pic of 2 suns in the sky when I watched my first sun set! I wasn't dreaming....still got the picture. I also have no fear I know I am being protected and you are right as soon as everyone realizes that we are all connected everything will be clear...hehe I am excited :)

How blessed I feel to find someone else has this problem, or maybe it's not a problem at all but a blessing.
I am plaged by this problem. Glancing at digital watches, very frequently get repeated numbers. 11.11 or 7.7 and so on.It has happened so frequently that I have lost count. The best one was 13hrs 13 min 13sec . I have only had that a few times. All this has been going on for years and years.
Before this started to happen, #45 use to pop up. In hotels room 45, travelling seat 45, and on and on.
And talk about ringing in my head , it is constant. Louder in the evening. I always put it down to tinitus caused by the pain killers I have totake for my lower back.
Someone once told me that it indicates you are on the correct spiritual path.
I would love to hear the opinions from some of you beautiful souls.

Indeed I see it more as confirmation/blessings :) The sound in my head is very rare for me, often when I slumber in the mornings, I never hear it when I am fully awake, or if I do it must be some short tinitus-like tone that I believe is connected to the ear itself and not any frequency-waves.
I believe too that this indicates that you are reaching higher conciousness/vibration when you start to notice these signs :) Love!
