  I started meditating two years ago because I found this page. I started beaming love for myself but in two days weird things was happening to me. Then I paused meditating and now I have started it again.

  In my experience in meditation, white light was something that served the purpose of healing and/or protecting. I feel it is quite common actually that one sees white light in meditation. If it is coming from your forehead, you are possibly seeing your third eye as it was being "activated" or "opened". Meditation is like excersizing your third eye.

        Hello, sorry for the late reply! I can only tell you what it means for me in my experience in meditation, it could very well mean something different for you. Why not try to focus on this question in meditation and see what answer you may get. I think this would also be a very good meditation practice. Let me know if you get anything!
